All the games are in the books, pads and spikes are hanging in the locker room and it’s all quiet on the gridiron. But it’s awards season, which is still a very exciting and emotional time for the young athletes who gave their all this year.
Here at Ameritime Sports we feel that there is no such thing as too much recognition for the special talent that we cover, so we’re going to continue to brag on these boys. Without further ado, here are your Jefferson Blue Jays All-State, All-Region and All-District award winners for the 2021 season.
The Blue Jays had a strong followup this year to their historic 2020 season with a 7-3 record and some extremely impressive victories. Sadly, it ended in the first round of the District Playoffs to a surprising Kelley team, but that shouldn’t take away from the success that it took to get there. Jefferson needed some incredible achievements from their top-tier talent day in and day out, and they got them in spades throughout the year on a consistent basis. As a result, the Blue Jays saw five of their players awarded All-District honors, nine named All-Region and one who was named to the All-State team.
These exceptional young men are listed below:
ALL-DISTRICT
Colton Richardson – Tight End
Will Breeze – Kicker
Drew Breeze – Quarterback
Sam Stokes – Linebacker
Konner Armstrong – Defensive End
