On the serving side, Roland was responsible for 14 service points, with one ace. Bella Uzzle had 10 points, with an ace. Coming up big from the line was Marchetti, who rallied for nine points, including three aces, along with Baker who also had eight points and three aces.

Lewis remarked on tonight’s match-up, “We are prepared even though we lost to them last week. We know we are better than we played and have made some adjustments. We need to do all the little things as well communicate and hustle.”

The now 15-6 Hillsboro Hawks look forward to tonights game against the number two ranked St. Pius Lancers, who come into the game with a 19-6-3 record. Coach Boss says her team is ready, “I expect tonight to be a completely different ball game. I know they will come out fired up and wanting to bring home a win and my girls are ready to do the same.” Hillsboro Advances to Finals with Win Against Desoto
